This is the traditional way to prepare the dough by adding less yeast but it takes 24 hours for fermentation but if you have less time then you can add 1 tsp yeast and keep the dough for at-least 2 hours in warm place for fermentation.

Instructions for how to make Veg Pizza:
- Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take half cup of hot/warm water and then add 1.5 tsp Sugar to it.
- Add 1/4 tsp of instant dry yeast. Give a good mix.
- Then add 1.5 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and then add 1.5 tbsp milk powder to it.
- Add 1.5 cups of All-purpose flour/ maida and salt to taste. Combine by hand for a minute.
- Mix it well and its very sticky then knead it with your palm at least for 15 minutes.
- Now the dough will get elasticity and it will stop sticking with hands.
- The dough is soft, smooth and elastic and also bounces back when pressed. Tuck the dough and form to a ball.
- lace the dough in an air tight container and grease the container with oil to prevent dough from sticking to container. Close the lid tightly and keep the dough in refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Dough has raised and doubled in size indicating well fermented. Punch the dough with fist to release down the air.
- Tuck the dough and place the dough on butter greased pizza plate or tray. Flatten the dough by stretching with both hands.
- Leaving a cm or two and create a dent. This helps the crust to fluff slightly on the edges. Then prick the centre of dough with the help of fork to prevent pizza base from fluffing up and apply butter and mixed herbs mixture over it.
- Spread Pizza sauce generously by leaving the sides and then spread grated mozzarella cheese over it.
- Next, top it with veggies of your choice. I have top it with onion, green bell pepper/capsicum, orange bell pepper, corn and olives.
- Now, bake in a 15 minutes preheated oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit or 225 degree Celsius for about 12–15 minutes.

Tips:
- Adding Milk powder is optional, but it gives restaurant style flavour to pizza base.
- Knead the dough really well, else pizza will be chewy or sticky.
- You can use veggies of your choice like mushrooms, jalapeños, tomatoes etc.
- Bake the pizza in very hot preheated oven, else the pizza base will not be cooked properly.
- Every oven is different, so keep an eye on your pizza after 10 minutes during baking.
- You can freeze the dough in a airtight container for 2 -3weeks.
- Veg Pizza tastes great when served hot.
