Instructions for how to make Vanilla ice-cream:

  1. Firstly, chill your mixer grinder jar in the freezer for minimum 2 hours. Pour the fresh cream or heavy whipping cream in the chilled jar.
  2. Add powdered sugar also in the jar. You can use normal sugar if you don't have powdered sugar.
  3. Beat the cream in the mixer till stiff peaks appear.
  4. Then add Milk powder to it.
  5. Add chilled milk to it.
  6. Add Vanilla extract/essence to it.
  7. Give them a gentle mix with spoon so that all the ingredients combine well.
  8. Transfer the prepared mixture into Popsicle mould if you want Vanilla Popsicles or otherwise you can pour the mixture into the airtight container.
  9. Then cover the mould with lids or a silver foil and set the wooden popsicle sticks or if you are using container then first cover it with foil paper and then close its lid. Freeze it for 8-10 hours or overnight.
  10. Finally, Vanilla ice-cream is ready to serve.
