Cucumber rolls are easy to prepare but rolling of it is little tricky. You need some practice for it. As it contains cucumber carrot, onion, tomato and corn, it becomes very healthy. Mayonnaise enhances its taste that's why kids also like it. Roasted cumin powder is also very good for digestion. You can use vegetables of your choice like cabbage, capsicum etc.

Instructions for how to prepare Cucumber Rolls:
- Cut the cucumber in long thin slices.
- First of all take mayonnaise in a mixing bowl then add finely chopped onion, tomato, carrot, cucumber and boiled corn. Now add chaat masala, black salt, mint powder and roasted cumin powder. Mix them well.
- Take a one thin slice of cucumber on your palm and put 1 spoon of mixture on it. then roll it and join the ends with toothpick.
- Likewise prepare all the slices of cucumber. Refreshing cucumber rolls are ready to serve.
