Nowadays, fusion recipes are becoming very popular and similarly Maggi Pizza is also a fusion recipe, which has unique flavours than regular pizza and masala maggi. This recipe doesn't include the overhead of preparing and kneading the plain flour dough. As we have added Maggi Masala that comes with maggi noodles, so we don't need any extra salt or spices, but if you don't have maggi masala noodles thn you can prepare it with any other noodles but then you have to add salt and spices accordingly. Instructions for how to make Maggi Pizza:
- Firstly, in a large wok/kadai break 2 pack of Maggi noodles and pour 1.5 (One and half) cups of water in it.
- Add 2 pack Maggi masala (Tastemaker) to it and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles softens.
- Cook until there is no more water, like we prepare Maggi.
- Now add 2 tbsp corn flour to it. Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Heat a non-stick pan and transfer the Maggi. Spread the maggi uniformly forming the pizza crust/base.
- Then pour some oil on its sides and a little on top of it.
- Cook it for 5-6 minutes on low flame, else the base will burn.
- Cook until the base turns crisp and then flip it over gently.
- Now spread 2 tbsp pizza sauce over it. Then top it with 1/2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese.
- Further top it with vegetables of your choice- few capsicum, tomato, onion, few olives and 1 tbsp sweet corn. Then sprinkle ¼ tsp mixed herbs. If you want you can also sprinkle ¼ tsp chili flakes.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts completely.

- Make sure not to overcook the Maggi, else the base will turn soft.
- Even if it breaks a little while flipping, then you can join it by pressing it gently.
- You can top with veggies of your choice to make it more attractive.
- To give it little spiciness, sprinkle chili flakes.
