Kulfi recipes are one of the favorite dessert recipes in India, and this Stuffed Mango Malai Kulfi is a unique and yummy recipe for both kulfi and mango lovers. In Delhi, this recipe is prepared with Dasheri Aam, but here in USA it's not possible to get Dasheri Mangoes. So I have prepared this recipe with Ataulfo mango, which also goes really well and satisfied our cravings for stuffed mango kulfi. Before preparing this recipe make sure the mangoes are sweet and their seeds will easily pull out. With this kulfi mixture, you can prepare 5-6 mangoes.
