Both pakora and chaat recipes are very common all over India and there are many variations in both the recipe. But today's recipe is an innovative recipe, as one day my daughter wanted to eat chaat and my husband wanted to eat pakodas, so I prepared pakoras for my husband and this pakora chaat for my daughter and finally both were happy. And when I tasted it, I really liked this chaat and thought I should share this recipe on my blog.

Mix Veg Pakoda recipe has a dedicated post that I have shared earlier, exactly the same Pakora recipe that I have used for this chaat. To make this post short, I have not repeated the recipe of pakoras in this post.

With this recipe, you can also checkout my Chaat Recipes Collection, which includes recipes like Palak Patta ChaatShakarkandi ki Chaat, Dahi Papri Chaat Recipe, Banarsi Aloo Tamatar Chaat, Ragda Chaat Recipe and more.

Tips:

  • Freshly prepared mix veg pakoras gives nice crunch to the chaat, but leftover pakoras goes also well for this recipe.
  • Adjust the amount of curd as per your taste. However, it tastes great with a generous amount of curd.
  • Garnishing with pomegranate is optional, you can also garnish with finely chopped tomatoes and fresh green coriander.
  • Mix veg Pakora Chaat tastes great, when served immediately.
