Instructions for how to prepare Green Chutney for sandwich/ chaat:
- Firstly, in a grinder jar add fresh coriander, green chilies, ginger, capsicum, roasted peanuts.
- Then add cumin seeds, black salt and salt to it.
- Add sugar and sev to it.
- Finally, add lemon juice and water to it.
- Now, grind it to make a smooth paste.
- Green Chutney is ready. Store it in a jar or use it to prepare sandwiches and any chaat.

Tips:
- Adjust the amount of green chili as per your requirements. But this chutney tastes better when it is spicy.
- Adding capsicum is optional, but it retains the green colour of the chutney.
- You can also use roasted chana dal instead of sev.
- Avoid adding too much water while grinding chutney. If the chutney becomes thin, the flavors get diluted.
