In this recipe of Crispy Potato Tacos, I have used corn-flour tortillas because that is more healthier option than all-purpose flour tortillas, but it can be easily prepared with leftover chapati too. Many times, we have leftover chapatis and don't want to eat them, then this is the yummiest way to use them, as kids also enjoy these Aloo tacos very much, as it has cheese & potato and both are most kids favorite. In these Crispy Potato Tacos, you will also get the taste of aloo paratha, sometimes the taste of samosas or rather they have a very unique taste of their own. I have also shared few more Mexican Recipes earlier, like Veg Mexican Pizza Recipe, Rice & Beans Burrito Recipe, Easy Mango Salsa Recipe & Guacamole Recipe.
