This recipe of non-fried Oats veggies Tikki has all the nutritional values of oats and vegetables. Ingredients for Oats Veggies Cutlets:

1. Firstly, take 1 cup whole oats in the grinder jar.

2. Grind oats to make a fine powder and transfer to a mixing bowl.

3. Then add 1/2 cup Semolina/ Rava to it.

4. Next, add 1/2 cup plain yogurt/ curd to it.

5. Mix well and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

6. Now, finely chop vegetables of your choice. I have taken 1carrot, 1onion, 1green chili, 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves.

7. Then add 1 chopped tomato.

8. Next, add 1 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts, 1 tsp ginger paste, salt to taste, and 1/2 tsp ground black pepper to it and mix well.

9. Finally, add 1/2 tsp Eno fruit salt.

10. Mix gently to make bubbly mixture.

11. Grease the pan or tawa and pour 1 ladleful batter and to make round shaped tikki/ cutlet.

12. Pour few drops of oil on the upper side also.

13. Flip and Cook from both sides until it turns golden brown.

14. Scrumptious and healthy Oats Vegetable Tikki is ready to serve. Enjoy it hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.

Tips:

  • Add or skip any vegetable as per your preference.
  • In place of ginger paste, you can add grated or finely chopped ginger.
  • Add water if required, it depends on the quality of curd as sometimes it's thick or sometimes watery.
  • Oats Veggie Cutlets taste great when served hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
