Instructions for how to prepare Mint Coriander Chutney:

  1. Firstly, take a grinder jar and add roughly chopped onion to it.
  2. Add roughly chopped tomato, ginger, green chili, mint and coriander leaves to the jar.
  3. Add Sugar, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice and salt to it.
  4. Grind all the ingredients to make a smooth paste by adding required amount of water.
  5. Mint Coriander chutney is ready to serve. Enjoy it with Parantha, sandwich or Dal Rice or during Lunch & Dinner.

Tips:

  • Remove the stalk of mint leaves.
  • Wash the mint leaves and coriander leaves twice and keep them in a strainer and dry out their water.
  • Adding sugar is totally optional, if you like the little sweet flavour then add, otherwise you can skip.
  • Adjust the amount of lemon juice as per your taste.
