Instructions for how to prepare Mint Coriander Chutney:
- Firstly, take a grinder jar and add roughly chopped onion to it.
- Add roughly chopped tomato, ginger, green chili, mint and coriander leaves to the jar.
- Add Sugar, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice and salt to it.
- Grind all the ingredients to make a smooth paste by adding required amount of water.
- Mint Coriander chutney is ready to serve. Enjoy it with Parantha, sandwich or Dal Rice or during Lunch & Dinner.

Tips:
- Remove the stalk of mint leaves.
- Wash the mint leaves and coriander leaves twice and keep them in a strainer and dry out their water.
- Adding sugar is totally optional, if you like the little sweet flavour then add, otherwise you can skip.
- Adjust the amount of lemon juice as per your taste.
