Cucumber Juice or Kheere ka juice is a delicious juice with fresh cucumbers can make you feel lighter. It may help clear up your skin, reduce your blood pressure, and promote regular bowel movements. Adding sugar is totally optional, to make more healthy drink don't add sugar. For best results, it is recommended to drink lemon-cucumber juice on an empty stomach, although some people like to consume it a half hour before having other foods and drinks or their dinner. Instructions for how to make Cucumber Juice at home:
- Firstly, take 2 cup peeled and chopped cucumber cubes in a blender jar.
- Then add 10-12 fresh mint leaves, 1 tsp black salt, 3 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp lemon/lime juice to it.
- Then add 2 cups of chilled water to it.
- Now, blend smooth all the ingredients.
- Add 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder to it.
- Finally, pour refreshing cucumber juice to the glasses and garnish with mint leaves and thinly sliced cucumber or lemon as shown in the picture. Enjoy!

Tips:
- Add coriander leaves along with mint for more flavour.
- You can also add amla in place of lemon juice to make it more healthy.
- You can also add a small piece of ginger to make it healthier.
- Adding sugar is totally optional, but it makes cucumber juice more flavourful.
- You can increase or reduce the amount of sugar as per your taste.
- Strain the juice before serving if needed to remove pulp.
- Cucumber Juice or Kheera Juice tastes great, when served fresh.
