Instructions for How to make Vanilla Sugar Cookies:

  1. Take 1/2 cup soft unsalted butter in a mixing bowl and then add 1/2 cup Condensed milk to it.
  2. Mix butter and condensed milk well with the help of spatula.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence.
  4. Then add 1/3 cup Almond Flour to it and mix well.
  5. Then add 3/4 cup All-purpose flour (Maida) to it and mix it well.
  6. Set a piping bag over the cup and fill it with the cookie dough.
  7. Press and release small portions of a cookie dough on to tray lined with baking paper.
  8. Press the dough with a finger and make round/oval shape.
  9. Top it with sprinkles.
  10. Bake the cookies in preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 8 minutes.
  11. Allow the cookies to cool completely. Cookies are soft when hot and will turn little crunchy when cooled.
  12. Enjoy the delicious Vanilla Sugar Cookies!

Tips:

  • Always use softened butter instead of melted butter in this recipe because it has a different chemical reaction in the oven. it has a different chemical reaction in the oven. 
  • Do not over beat the cookie dough. Just gently mix the flour.
  • This recipe of Sugar Cookie  is not a roll-out cookie recipe for cookie cutters. It’s just too darn delicate for that.
  •  You can also make the small flattened balls with your hands, if you don't want to use piping bag.
  • Do not over-bake the cookies. The moment the edges look slightly golden, take the cookies out of the oven and cool.
