It is so easy to make sprout salad, you just need to add all the ingredients like moong sprouts, cucumber, tomato,onions, green chili, coriander, salt, black salt, chaat masala, black pepper, mint powder together in a mixing bowl, mix them well and enjoy the yummy sprout salad. Lemon juice gives the tangy taste to the salad. You can add chopped carrots, cabbage, paneer, pomegranate, boiled corns etc. as per your choice to make it more tastier and healthier. You can make this salad with homemade sprouts or with the sprouts available in the market. I prefer to use home-made as these are more fresh.
