Instructions for how to make Papaya Fries:
- Firstly, wash and peel the skin of papaya. Cut it into half and remove all the seeds, then chop into the finger-length sticks.
- Take 4 cup water in a vessel, then add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder to it. Get the water to a boil.
- Add 2 cup raw papaya and boil for 3-4 minutes.
- Drain off the water making sure there is not much moisture in the papaya sticks.
- Take the papaya sticks in a bowl and add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 cup corn flour to it.
- Mix well making sure all the spices and corn flour are coated well.
- Now drop in hot oil, pour as much as you can into the Kadai/ Pan.
- Stir occasionally and fry on the medium flame.
- Fry until the chips turn golden brown and crisp.
- Raw Papaya Fries are ready. Enjoy them with tomato ketchup.

Tips:
- Always take green and little hard papaya for preparing papaya fries. If the papaya is yellow and soft then fries doesn't taste good.
- You can also sprinkle some extra fries seasoning or chat masala over the fries.
