Papaya parantha is made up with few ingredients and really a good way to give nutritious food to kids. It also has powerful antioxidant effects and protects against Skin damage. This recipe is not a popular recipe but you must try this recipe once and you will definitely like it.
For parantha you just need the kneaded dough of wheat flour and raw papaya and some spices. It is an easy recipe. Take a raw papaya, wash it then cut it into 2 pieces, take out the seeds, peel off the skin and grate it. Papaya is ready to use.
If you don't want to squeeze water from it you can prepare the parantha with another method, in which you just add wheat flour, grated papaya and all the spices in a big mixing bowl and knead a dough. Then you can make parantha very easily with this dough.
Finally, request you to check out my other recipes like Sprouted Moong dal Parantha Recipe, Aloo Parantha Recipe with this recipe of Papaya Parantha.

- When the parantha is roasted from one side, flip the side and let it roast from the other side as well. Now apply some oil over this side and spread evenly. Flip the side and apply some oil on this side as well. Roast the parantha until it gets golden brown spots on both sides.
- Likewise prepare rest of the paranthas as well. Serve the hot papaya pranthas with curd, butter, chutney, tomato ketchup, curry, pickle and even with jam for kids.

Tips:
- Add salt to stuffing just before making parantha, otherwise it will release water and it would be difficult to make parantha with watery stuffing.
