Today I am going to share the recipe of Motichoor Ladoo which signifies its name. In hindi the word 'moti' means pearl and 'choor' means to crush or crumble. Literally translated to crushed pearls. In this recipe I have prepared Ladoo with the boondi which is easily available in the market. Once boondi immersed in the sugar syrup then it looks like pearl and then we will grind/crush them to make Motichoor Ladoo, which will save you the trouble of frying the boondi. These Ladoos are so tempting and delicious.
