Instructions for how to make Choco chip Cookies with Whole Wheat flour:
- Firstly, take 5 tbsp softened butter in a large mixing bowl and then add 1/2 cup of sugar to it.
- Whisk them well. The butter and sugar should be creamed together.
- Add 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence to it.
- Add all dry ingredients- 1 cup wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder & 1 baking powder to it.
- Mix them well with the butter.
- Add 2-3 tsp milk (@ room temperature) and make a dough.
- Take a small portion & make a ball and flatten it by pressing with fingers.
- Place cookies on the baking tray lined with butter paper & then sprinkle choco chips over the cookies.
- Bake the cookies in preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 15 minutes. Do not over-bake the cookies.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely. Cookies will turn crunchy when cooled.
- Palatable Whole wheat Choco chip cookies are ready to serve. Enjoy!

Tips:
- Always use softened butter instead of melted butter in this recipe because it has a different chemical reaction in the oven. it has a different chemical reaction in the oven.
- You can also make these cookies with All-purpose flour, but wheat flour is more healthy.
- Vanilla Essence is optional. You can skip it if you want.
- You can use brown sugar in place of regular sugar.
- Instead of choco chips you can alternatively add roughly chopped dark chocolate.
- You can also add few choco chips in the cookie dough.
