Eggless Chocolate Donuts Recipe
Eggless Vanilla Sugar Cookies Recipe
Instructions for making Eggless Brownies:
- Take 60g butter in a microwave safe bowl and add 100g dark chocolate & 50g milk chocolate to it. Microwave in 20 second intervals twice, or until butter melts.
- Once the butter melts, stir continuously until the chocolate melts completely.
- Add 1/4 cup condensed milk and 1/2 cup sugar to it. Stir well until sugar dissolves.
- Add 1/2 cup milk and stir well until the mixture turns smooth and silky.
- Place the sieve and add in 1/2 cup maida, 1/4 tsp baking powder and 1/3 cup cocoa powder.
- Mix them well using cut and fold method and then add 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence.
- Transfer the brownie batter into the square cake mould. Garnish it with chopped walnuts and cashew nuts.
- Place the tray into the preheated oven and bake @ 180°C or 350°F.
- Bake it for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted inside comes out clean.
- Cool it completely. Cut it into desired shape.
- Eggless Brownie is ready to serve. enjoy it with chocolate syrup.

5. Stir well until sugar dissolves.

12. Bake it for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted inside comes out clean. For fudgy brownie there will be some chocolate traces on the toothpick.
13. Cool it completely.
14. Fudgy Brownie is ready to serve. Cut it into desired shape.
15. Enjoy Eggless Brownie as it is or with chocolate syrup.
Tips:
- Use good quality chocolate for more rich and fudgy brownie.
- You can use 150g dark chocolate only, but with milk chocolate, brownie tastes great.
- In place of Vanilla Essence you can a tbsp of Coffee.
- You can top it with any dry fruits of your choice. Even you can top it with chocolate chunks also.
- Eggless brownie stays good for a week when refrigerated.
