Instructions for How to make Vanilla Sugar Cookies:
- Take 1/2 cup soft unsalted butter in a mixing bowl and then add 1/2 cup Condensed milk to it.
- Mix butter and condensed milk well with the help of spatula.
- Add a pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence.
- Then add 1/3 cup Almond Flour to it and mix well.
- Then add 3/4 cup All-purpose flour (Maida) to it and mix it well.
- Set a piping bag over the cup and fill it with the cookie dough.
- Press and release small portions of a cookie dough on to tray lined with baking paper.
- Press the dough with a finger and make round/oval shape.
- Top it with sprinkles.
- Bake the cookies in preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 8 minutes.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely. Cookies are soft when hot and will turn little crunchy when cooled.

Tips:
- Always use softened butter instead of melted butter in this recipe because it has a different chemical reaction in the oven. it has a different chemical reaction in the oven.
- Do not over beat the cookie dough. Just gently mix the flour.
- This recipe of Sugar Cookie is not a roll-out cookie recipe for cookie cutters. It’s just too darn delicate for that.
- You can also make the small flattened balls with your hands, if you don't want to use piping bag.
