Instructions for How to make Vanilla Sugar Cookies:
- Take 1/2 cup soft unsalted butter in a mixing bowl and then add 1/2 cup Condensed milk to it.
- Mix butter and condensed milk well with the help of spatula.
- Add a pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence.
- Then add 1/3 cup Almond Flour to it and mix well.
- Then add 3/4 cup All-purpose flour (Maida) to it and mix it well.
- Set a piping bag over the cup and fill it with the cookie dough.
- Press and release small portions of a cookie dough on to tray lined with baking paper.
- Press the dough with a finger and make round/oval shape.
- Top it with sprinkles.
- Bake the cookies in preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 8 minutes.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely. Cookies are soft when hot and will turn little crunchy when cooled.

8. Press and release small portions of a cookie dough on to tray lined with baking paper.

9. Press the dough with a finger and make round/oval shape. You can also make the small flattened balls with your hands, if you don't want to use piping bag.

10. Top it with sprinkles. This is totally optional step.

11. Bake the cookies in preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 8 minutes. Do not over-bake the cookies. The moment the edges look slightly golden, take the cookies out of the oven and cool.

Tips:
