Instructions for how to make Pizza Muffins:
- Firstly, in a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup oil.
- Add 1/3 cup yogurt & 1/2 cup milk to it.
- Sieve 3/4 cup All purpose flour and 1/3 cup wheat flour to it.
- After that add 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese and pizza sauce to it.
- Then add onion, paneer cubes, corn and mixed coloured Bell Pepper to it. You can use only green bell pepper also.
- Add 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder and salt to taste to the mixture.
- Add 1 tsp mixed Italian seasoning/herbs, 1/2 tsp Chili flakes and 1/2 tsp grounded black pepper to it.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased Muffin/Cupcake pan equally and sprinkle mixed Italian herbs over the muffins.
- Place the Muffin pan into the preheated oven. Bake them at 180°C or 350°F for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, Muffins are ready. Muffins can easily be de-mould from the pan.
- Soft and spongy Pizza Muffins are ready to serve. Enjoy!

Tips:
- You can use all wheat flour in place of Maida to make them more healthy.
- You can add vegetables of your choice like olives, mushrooms etc.
- You can increase the amount of Mozzarella Cheese from 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup.
- Muffins can easily be de-mould with the help of knife.
- You can also sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top of the muffins.
