Instructions for how to make Kaju Corn Mithai:
- Firstly, heat a pan and add 2 tsp ghee to it. Then add condensed milk to it.
- Bring a boil to condensed milk.
- Then add milk powder and Kaju/ Cashew Powder to it.
- Mix them well continuously till it starts releasing from pan and it turns to dough .
- Switch off the flame and transfer the cashew dough on to the cling wrap/ butter paper.
- Divide the dough into two portions of ratio 1:3.
- In the bigger portion (3/4th part of dough) add yellow food colour and in the smaller portion (1/4th part of dough) add green food colour.
- Mix them well with greased hands and make a smooth dough.
- Take a small lemon sized dough from yellow coloured dough and roll in your hands to give it a shape of corn.
- Likewise, prepare all the corns with yellow dough.
- Now, take a very small portion from green dough, roll in your hands and then gently press it with your finger to give it leaf shape.
- For 1 corn take 3 green leaves and join them from bottom as shown in the picture. Likewise, prepare all leaves.
- Join the corn with the leaves from the bottom and it is done. Likewise, prepare all the corns.
- Kaju Corn Mithai is ready to serve. Enjoy!

Tips:
- Use fine powder of Cashew nuts.
- Use nonstick pan for preparing this sweet recipe.
- Do not over knead the prepared dough, as cashews will start releasing oil.
