Instructions for how to make Eggless Wheat Cake:
- Firstly, In a grinder jar add 1/4 cup curd.
- Then add dry fruits, sugar, wheat flour and semolina to it.
- Add milk and oil to it.
- Grind them well to make a smooth mixture and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
- Grease the cake pan/ mould and place a butter paper at the bottom to avoid sticking.
- Add baking powder and baking soda just before transferring the mixture to pan. Mix them well.
- Transfer it to a greased cake pan and tap it twice.
- Top it with chopped dry fruits to make it look more attractive.
- Place the cake pan into the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
- Cake baked completely.
- Transfer the cake to wire rack and cover it with a cloth. Allow the cake to cool completely.

Tips:
- You can use all wheat flour if you don't want to use semolina.

- You can add 1 tsp vanilla essence in place of green cardamom.
