Instructions for how to make Raw Mango Mint Coriander Chutney:

  1. Add raw mango to the grinder/blender jar.
  2. Add ginger, green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves and salt to the grinder jar.
  3. Add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, black salt and sugar to it.
  4. Grind/blend to smooth paste by adding 1-2 tbsp required water.
  5. Raw Mango green chutney is ready to serve. Enjoy it with Parantha, sandwich, bhel puri or Dal Rice.

Tips:

  • Take out mint leaves and their stalk removed.
  • Wash the mint leaves and coriander leaves twice and keep them in a strainer and dry out their water.
