Vanilla ice-cream is everyone's favourite. Kids like it the most. So here is the recipe for homemade Vanilla ice cream. This recipe is without eggs. No cooking is required for this recipe. Its very easy recipe in which we are using just cream, milk, milk powder, sugar, and vanilla extract. You just need a chilled mixer grinder jar and that's it. But if you don't want make it in the grinder jar then you can use chilled mixing bowl and you can use electric beater or hand whisk to make it. This is great recipe for summer time, kid's parties and celebrations. To make it more attractive you can use sprinklers also but I personally like its creamy authentic flavour. For homemade ice-creams we can have control over the sweetness. You can make this recipe very easily with the help of step by step instructions and pictures.

 1 cup Heavy cream/ Fresh cream
 1 cup Whole Milk/ Full fat milkMilk should be chilled
  cup Milk powder
 ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract/ Essence

Firstly, chill your mixer grinder jar in the freezer for minimum 2 hours. Pour the fresh cream or heavy whipping cream in the chilled jar.

Add powdered sugar also in the jar. You can use normal sugar if you don't have powdered sugar.

Beat the cream in the mixer till stiff peaks appear.

Then add Milk powder to it.

Add chilled milk to it.

Give them a gentle mix with spoon so that all the ingredients combine well.

Transfer the prepared mixture into Popsicle mould if you want Vanilla Popsicles or otherwise you can pour the mixture into the airtight container.

Then cover the mould with lids or a silver foil and set the wooden popsicle sticks or if you are using container then first cover it with foil paper and then close its lid. Freeze it for 8-10 hours or overnight.
