Unlike other sugar cookies that become a mess at room temperature this dough is easy to work with and needs no chilling. Perfect sugar cookies should always have equal parts of butter and sugar. The butter and condensed milk should be creamed together until the butter is lighter in color and fluffy. These cookies can be sprinkled or eaten plain right out of the oven. Ingredients for Vanilla Sugar Cookies:
 ½ cup / 110 gms Unsalted ButterSoft @ Room Temperature.
 ½ cup /120 gms Condensed Milk
 1 pinch Salt
 ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
  cup /50 gms Almond Flour/ Almond Powder
 ¾ cup / 130 gms All-purpose flour/ Maida
 Few Sugar SprinklesOptional

2. Take 1/2 cup soft unsalted butter in a mixing bowl and then add 1/2 cup Condensed milk to it. Make sure butter is soft but not melted state.

3. Mix butter and condensed milk well with the help of spatula. The butter and condensed milk should be creamed together.

4. Add a pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence.

5. Then add 1/3 cup Almond Flour to it and mix well. You can use grounded almond powder also in place of Almond flour.

6. Then add 3/4 cup All-purpose flour (Maida) to it and mix it well.

7. Set a piping bag over the cup and fill it with the cookie dough.

8. Press and release small portions of a cookie dough on to tray lined with baking paper.

9. Press the dough with a finger and make round/oval shape. You can also make the small flattened balls with your hands, if you don't want to use piping bag.

11. Bake the cookies in preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 8 minutes. Do not over-bake the cookies. The moment the edges look slightly golden, take the cookies out of the oven and cool.
