This Strawberry ice-cream recipe is quick and simple homemade recipe. This recipe requires no beater, no ice-cream maker and prepared with very few ingredients like full fat milk, fresh cream or malai , sugar and strawberries. In this recipe I have used strawberry syrup which is totally optional. As my kids like the strawberry syrup and it gives the nice colour to the ice-cream. I have added slices of fresh strawberry in the ice-cream which gives it very good taste and crunch while eating. Here is the recipe with step by step instructions and photos.
Ingredients Preview.
Firstly, chill the mixer grinder jar in the freezer for minimum 2 hours. Pour the fresh cream or heavy whipping cream in the chilled jar.
Add milk, strawberries, strawberry syrup and sugar in the jar.
Grind all the ingredients to make a smooth mixture.
Pour the prepared mixture into Popsicle mould if you want Strawberry Popsicles or otherwise you can pour the mixture into the airtight container.
Cut 2-3 strawberries into thin slices and then add to the ice-cream.
Then cover the mould with lids or a silver foil and set the wooden popsicle sticks or if you are using container then first cover it with foil paper and then close its lid. Freeze it for 8-10 hours or overnight.
Strawberry Ice cream is frozen and ready.
Demould the popsicles from the mould and enjoy the yummy strawberry ice-cream.
