That's why it is full of nutrition, and loaded with veggies. It is Gluten Free, Fat Free and Vegan Recipe. It requires no cooking at all. Sprout Salad is colourful and refreshing salad. It can be enjoyed as a mid-day snack or served as a side dish with lunch and dinner or it can be served as a starter for spring parties.

 1 cup Moong Dal sprouts
 ¼ cup Cucumberfinely chopped
 ¼ cup Onionfinely chopped
 ¼ cup Tomatofinely chopped
 1 Green chilifinely chopped
 ¼ cup Coriander (Cilantro)finely chopped
 ½ tsp Chaat Masala
 ¼ tsp Black salt
 ¼ tsp Black pepper
 ¼ tsp Mint powderYou can use finely chopped fresh mint leaves instead.
 ¼ tsp Salt as per taste
 1.50 tsp Lemon Juice

Take the moong sprouts into a large mixing bowl.

Add Cucumber, Onion, Tomato, Coriander, Chili, Chaat Masala, Black Pepper, Black salt, Mint powder/ leaves and Salt to the mixing bowl.
