Ingredients for making Wheat Cake:
 1 cup Wheat Flour
 1 cup Semolina/ Sooji/ Rava
 1 cup Sugar
 ¼ cup Curd/ Plain yogurt
 1.50 cups Milk
 3 Green Cardamom
 ½ cup Oil
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 ½ tsp Baking Soda
 Dry Fruits (Almonds, Cashew nuts, Walnuts, Raisins)Any dry fruits of your choice.

2. Firstly, In a grinder jar add 1/4 cup curd.

3. Then add dry fruits and sugar to it.

4. Add wheat flour and semolina (Rava/Sooji) to it.

6. Grind them well to make a smooth mixture and transfer it to a mixing bowl.

7. Grease the cake pan/ mould and place a butter paper at the bottom to avoid sticking.

8. Add baking powder and baking soda just before transferring the mixture to pan. Mix them well.
