Raw Mango mint coriander chutney recipe is very easy recipe. It is a wonderful combination of summer season. A green coloured sweet and sour chutney is mainly served with Parantha, Bhel Puri, Sandwich etc. It is mainly prepared with raw mango, mint, coriander, ginger and green chilies. It tastes great with fennel seeds. It is good for digestion also. It is a wonderful source of dietary fiber, manganese, iron,magnesium and Vitamin C. 1. Ingredients Preview.
2. Add raw mango to the grinder/blender jar.
3. Add ginger and green chilies to it.
4. Add mint leaves, coriander leaves and salt to the grinder jar.
5. Add cumin seeds to it.
6. Add black salt to it.
7. Add fennel seeds to it.
8. Add sugar to it.
9. Grind/blend to smooth paste by adding 1-2 tbsp or required water.
10. Raw Mango green chutney is ready to serve. Enjoy it with Parantha, sandwich, bhel puri or Dal Rice.
