Pizza Muffin Recipe is a fusion recipe of muffin & pizza as both are kid's favourite, so kids like this recipe very much. In this way kids can also eat vegetables. Even beginner bakers can also make this very easily. If you want it more healthy you can use whole wheat flour. It is one of the best option for snack time. Here is the recipe with step by step instructions, pictures and tips.
1. Firstly, in a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup oil.
2. Add 1/3 cup yogurt & 1/2 cup milk to it.
3. Sieve 3/4 cup All purpose flour and 1/3 cup wheat flour to it.
4. After that add 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese and pizza sauce to it.
5. Then add onion and mixed coloured Bell Pepper to it. You can use only green bell pepper also.
6. Add Paneer cubes and corn to it.
7. Add 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder and salt to taste to the mixture.
8. Add 1 tsp mixed Italian seasoning/herbs to it.
9. Add 1/2 tsp Chili flakes and 1/2 tsp grounded black pepper to it.
10. Mix all the ingredients well.
11. Transfer the mixture to a greased Muffin/Cupcake pan equally and sprinkle mixed Italian herbs over the muffins.
12. Place the Muffin pan into the preheated oven. Bake them at 180°C or 350°F for 20 minutes.
13. After 20 minutes, Muffins are ready. Muffins can easily be de-mould from the pan.
14. Soft and spongy Pizza Muffins are ready to serve. Enjoy!
