Ingredients for Marinating Paneer
 200 g or 18 Cubes Paneer
 3 tbsp Plain flour/maida
 4 tbsp Corn Flour/starch
 ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
 ½ tsp Coriander Powder
 ½ tsp Garam Masala
 1.50 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
 ½ tsp Salt
 2 tsp Lemon Juice
 1 tsp Ginger garlic Paste
 3 tbsp Water
 Oil For frying
Ingredients for tempering of Paneer 65:
 2 tbsp Curd/ yogurt
 2 tsp Oil
 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
 3 cloves GarlicFinely Chopped
 1 inch Ginger Juliennes
 6 Curry leavesHand torn
 2 Green ChiliCut into slit
 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
 1 tsp Chili Sauce
 3 tbsp Water
 2 drops Red Food ColourOptional
 ¼ tsp or Salt to taste
 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander leaves for garnishingFinely Choppeds

1. Ingredients Preview.

Marinating Paneer:

2. Firstly, take 3 tbsp plain flour/maida and 4 tbsp corn flour in a large bowl and then add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp salt and 1.5 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili powder to it.

3. Mix all the dry ingredients well and keep 1 tsp of this dry mix aside.

4. Add 18 Paneer cubes to it and coat well with the dry mix.

5. Then add 3 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste to it.

6. Then add 2-3 tbsp water and coat paneer with it well. Allow to marinate for about 10 minutes at room temperature.

Frying Paneer:

7. Drop each coated paneer cubes to the medium hot oil for deep fry.

8. Stir occasionally and fry until the paneer turns golden brown and crispy.

9. Drain off the fried paneer over a kitchen towel to remove excess oil. Keep them aside.

Tempering Preparation for Paneer 65:

10. Take 2 tbsp plain yogurt/curd in a small bowl and then add 1 tsp of prepared dry mix to it. Mix well make sure there are no lumps.

11. Now, in a large pan/kadai , heat 2 tsp oil and add1 tsp mustard seeds, 3 cloves finely chopped garlic, ginger juliennes of 1 inch ginger, 5-6 hand torn curry leaves and 2 green chilies cut into slit. Sauté them for couple of minutes.

12. Add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce and 1/4 tsp salt.

13. Add prepared curd mixture and 3 tbsp water to it. Mix well until the curd combines well.

14. Add 2 drops of red food colour and mix well. This is totally optional. It just gives the Paneer a hotel style colour.

15. Finally, add fried paneer cubes to it and mix well to coat all paneer cubes with prepared sauce.
