Pakora Chaat recipe is a delicious chaat recipe prepared with fried crispy mixed vegetable fritters topped with tangy sweet spicy chutneys, onion, tomato and spices. It is perfect recipe to satisfy cravings for both pakora and chaat at the same time. Here is the recipe with some tips and step by step instructions and pictures.
1. Firstly, arrange mixed vegetable pakoras in a serving plate.
2. Then drizzle 2-3 tbsp beaten curd/ plain yogurt over the Pakoras.
3. Next, top it with 2 tsp green chutney and 2 tsp tamarind chutney.
4. Top the pakoras with 2 tbsp finely chopped onion and 2 tbsp finely chopped tomato. Make sure seeds are removed from the tomatoes.
5. Pour again 1 tbsp beaten curd, 1 tsp green chutney and 1 tsp tamarind chutney over the pakoras.
6. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, red chili powder, freshly roasted cumin powder and chaat masala over it.
7. Top it with 2 tbsp Sev and garnish it with few pomegranate seeds. Again sprinkle a pinch of red chili powder and chaat masala. Lip-smacking Pakora Chaat is ready to serve. Enjoy!
