Ingredients for Mix Veg Pakora Chaat:
 10 Mixed Vegetable Fritters/ PakorasMedium-sized
 4 tbsp Curd/ Plain yogurt Beaten
 3 tsp Green Chutney
 3 tsp Tamarind Chutney
 2 tbsp OnionFinely Chopped
 2 tbsp TomatoFinely Chopped
 2 pinches Chaat Masala
 2 pinches Red Chili Powder
 1 pinch Cumin PowderPreferably freshly roasted
 1 pinch Salt
 2 tbsp Sev
 Few Pomegranate Seedsfor garnishing

1. Firstly, arrange mixed vegetable pakoras in a serving plate.

2. Then drizzle 2-3 tbsp beaten curd/ plain yogurt over the Pakoras.

3. Next, top it with 2 tsp green chutney and 2 tsp tamarind chutney.

4. Top the pakoras with 2 tbsp finely chopped onion and 2 tbsp finely chopped tomato. Make sure seeds are removed from the tomatoes.

5. Pour again 1 tbsp beaten curd, 1 tsp green chutney and 1 tsp tamarind chutney over the pakoras.

6. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, red chili powder, freshly roasted cumin powder and chaat masala over it.
