Mini Pizza is an easy, tasty and appealing quick pizza bites recipe made with wheat flour, mozzarella cheese and choice of veggies. These Mini Pizza are very simple to prepare at home on pan. It can be served as an appetizer or starter for any kitty party, potlucks, family get-together or kids birthday party as it attracts the kids most. The whole wheat pizza dough recipe is also very simple and easy. As it is prepared with wheat flour so it is an ideal snack recipe. Here is the recipe with some tips and step by step instructions and pictures.

 2 cups Wheat Flour/ Gehun ka Atta
 ¾ tsp Salt
 1 tsp Sugar
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 ¼ tsp Baking Soda
 1 cup Curd
 2 tbsp Oil
Ingredients for Pizza toppings:
 ¼ cup Pizza Sauce
 ¾ cup Mozzarella Cheese/ Pizza CheeseGrated/ shredded
 4 tsp Mixed Italian herbs/ Oregano
 Capsicum/ Bell Pepper- Green, Orange & Red Small sliced
 OnionSmall sliced
 Sweet Corn
 OlivesChopped

1. Firstly, take 2 cups of whole wheat flour/ Gehun ka Aata in a bowl.

2. Then add ¾ tsp Salt, 1 tsp Sugar, 1 tsp Baking Powder and ¼ tsp Baking Soda to it.

3. Next, add 1 cup of curd or plain yogurt to it. Then curd will have reaction with baking soda and baking powder as shown in picture.

4. Mix well everything to knead a soft dough. Then add 2 tbsp oil and continue to knead until the dough turns soft, smooth and stretchy. Overall knead for at least 5-6 minutes. I have added olive oil.

5. After kneading, tuck the dough and grease it with a little oil.

6. Cover it and set it aside for 1 hour.

7. Knead the dough again for a minute and tuck its all sides inside.

8. Then prepare a log with the medium thickness and divide the dough into 8 equal parts.

9. Next, take one portion of dough and tuck it without having cracks. Dust the wheat flour and roll it slightly thick keeping uniform thickness.

10. Prick the rolled dough with a fork. This prevents the base from puffing while cooking. Likewise prepare all pizza base.

11. Now cook the pizza base on hot heavy based tawa or pan on low flame for 40-45 seconds. Make sure place the pricked side of pizza base on the pan.

12. Roast only one side until golden. Mini Pizza base are ready.

13. Next take one half-cooked pizza base and spread ½ tbsp pizza sauce. Make sure place the un-cooked side down. You can use any pizza sauce, I have used store bought pizza sauce.

14. Then place shredded/ grated pizza cheese over it and top it with capsicum, onion, sweet corn and olives. You can top it with vegetables of your choice. Again top it with pizza cheese.

15. Place the mini pizza on hot tawa keeping the flame on low.

16. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese melts and the base is cooked.

17. Now, sprinkle some mixed herbs or chili flakes over the pizza.

18. Mini Pizza is ready to serve. Enjoy hot Mini Atta Pan Pizza which doesn't include any Maida and yeast.
