Mango Frooti is a popular Indian drink made with a combination of raw and ripe mangoes. It is kids all time favourite drink. It is very refreshing beverage for summer. Mango juices available in the market contains preservatives, which are not good for health. So lets prepare it at home with fresh mangoes and no preservatives and no food colour. Here is the recipe of fresh homemade Mango Frooti/fruity with step by step instructions and pictures,

 2 cups Ripe Mango
 ½ cup Raw Mango
 ¾ cup SugarQuantity of sugar depends upon mangoes sweetness.

Add 1 cup water in a vessel and bring it to boil.

Add ripe and raw to the boiling water.

Add sugar to it.

Cover and boil it for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes mangoes become soften. Cool it completely.

As I didn't add much water in the beginning, take the mango along with water in the grinder jar/ blender jar.

Grind it to make smooth paste.

Sieve the pulp with the help of strainer making sure there is no residue.

Add some water to sieve it properly.

Then add 5 cups of water for the required consistency. Mix it well with the help of whisk/spoon.
