Mango Duet Ice-cream recipe is very simple, quick and easy to prepare, which requires no cooking and has flavour of both mango ice-cream and mango ice pop. This mango bar is such a delicious summer treat, made with the goodness of mangoes and creamy mango flavored milk. It looks so attractive and kids will gonna love this. Here is the recipe with step by step instructions and pictures.
1. Ingredients Preview.
2. Firstly, take 1 cup mango cubes and 1/2 of the 3/4th cup of milk in a grinder/blender jar.
3. Blend to a smooth puree.
4. Now add the remaining milk and 1 cup fresh or heavy cream to it.
5. Add 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup milk powder to it.
6. Blend them to smooth and thick mixture. Taste and check the sweetness at this point and add more if required.
7. Pour the mango mixture to popsicle mould filling 1/2 of the mould.
8. Cover it tightly with foil paper and freeze it for 1-2 hours or until it freezes a little.
9. Now add the mango juice/ mango frooti in the remaining part of popsicle mould.
10. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight to set.
11. To unmould, dip in warm water for 3 seconds and pull the popsicle. Enjoy the yummy summer treat- Mango Duet popsicles!
