Maggi Pizza is a unique fusion Café Style recipe, which is very simple to prepare at home on tawa or pan. This recipe is prepared without eggs and requires no oven. In this recipe Maggi Noodles are used to prepare pizza crust/base and then pizza sauce, cheese and veggies toppings as we do for regular pizza.. As this recipe have both kids favourite snacks masala maggi and pizza, it is perfect snack recipe for Kids. Here is the recipe with some tips and step by step instructions and pictures.
1. Firstly, in a large wok/kadai break 2 pack of Maggi noodles.
2. Pour 1.5 (One and half) cups of water in it.
3. Add 2 pack Maggi masala (Tastemaker) to it and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles softens.
4. Cook until there is no more water, like we prepare Maggi.
5. Now add 2 tbsp corn flour to it. Mix well and cook for a minute. Corn flour helps to give a crunch to crust.
6. Heat a non-stick pan and transfer the Maggi. Spread the maggi uniformly forming the pizza crust/base.
7. Then pour some oil on its sides and a little on top of it. I have used 1 tbsp olive oil, you can use oil of your choice.
8. Cook it for 5-6 minutes on low flame, else the base will burn.
9. Cook until the base turns crisp and then flip it over gently. Even if it breaks a little while flipping, then you can join it by pressing it gently.
10. Now spread 2 tbsp pizza sauce over it.
11. Then top it with 1/2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese.
12. Further top it with vegetables of your choice- few capsicum, tomato, onion, few olives and 1 tbsp sweet corn. Then sprinkle ¼ tsp mixed herbs. If you want you can also sprinkle ¼ tsp chili flakes.
13. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts completely.
14. Maggi Pizza is ready to serve. Slice it and enjoy hot Maggi Pizza.
