 1 cup Besan Boondi
 2 Onion (Medium sized)Chopped
 2 Tomato (small sized)Chopped
 1/2 inch GingerFinely chopped
 2 Green chiliFinely chopped
 Few Fresh coriander leavesFinely chopped
 1.50 tbsp Oil
 1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
 ½ tsp Kashmiri Red chili powder
 1 tsp Coriander Powder
 ¼ tsp Garam masala
 Salt to taste.

Heat a pan/wok. Add oil and cumin seeds (Jeera) to it.

Add chopped onion to it.

Saute it till translucent.

Soak the boondi in water for 30 secs. and then drain off the water.
